These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the hibje platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, account management features, and payment services available at hibje.com. 2. Account Registration
To access the full range of hibje features, including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals, you must create a registered hibje account. Registration is free of charge. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid phone number registered in Bangladesh.
One Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one hibje account. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same or a different name, email address, phone number, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. hibje reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to withhold any funds associated with accounts opened in violation of this policy.
Account Verification (KYC): hibje is committed to operating a safe and responsible platform. As part of this commitment, hibje may require you to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or at any point during your account lifetime. Verification documents that may be requested include:

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods legitimately owned and registered in your name. Any attempt to use payment methods belonging to another person — including immediate family members — constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
hibje does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside hibje's control and responsibility.
5. Bonus Terms
hibje may offer promotional bonuses, free bet credits, deposit match offers, cashback promotions, and other incentive programmes to registered account holders from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the point of offer. The following general bonus terms apply to all hibje promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.
Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30x) will be stated clearly in the specific promotion terms. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement must generate ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal of any associated winnings is permitted.
- Bonuses are awarded to one hibje account per individual, household, IP address, and payment method
- hibje reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus credits where abuse is detected
- Bonus funds may only be used on eligible games as specified in the offer terms; certain high-RTP games and live casino tables may be excluded from wagering contribution calculations
- Bonus expiry periods will be stated in the specific offer; unused bonus funds and associated wagering requirements lapse on expiry
- Maximum bet limits apply when playing with active bonus funds; exceeding the stated maximum bet may result in bonus forfeiture
- hibje reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time, with notice provided where reasonably practicable
Participation in any hibje promotion by a player who has opted into self-exclusion or who has been identified as a vulnerable player is prohibited. hibje reserves the right to remove promotional eligibility from any account at its discretion where responsible gaming concerns exist.
6. User Obligations
By holding a hibje account and using the hibje platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times. Failure to comply may result in account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds where applicable.
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at all times — during registration, during KYC verification, and whenever updating your account details. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.
- Personal Use Only: Your hibje account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any other person to use your account, place bets on your behalf, or access your account credentials. Corporate, syndicate, or pooled betting accounts are not permitted.
- No Fraudulent Activity: You must not engage in any form of fraud, cheating, collusion, match fixing, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of software errors or bonus structures. hibje actively monitors for these activities and will close accounts and withhold funds where fraud is identified.
- No Prohibited Software: You must not use automated betting software, bots, scripts, data scrapers, or any other tool that interacts with the hibje platform in a non-human manner. Use of VPN services to circumvent geographic restrictions is also prohibited.
- Lawful Funds: You confirm that all funds deposited to your hibje account originate from legitimate, lawful sources. hibje reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for any deposit or withdrawal.
- Single Account: You confirm that you are the holder of only one hibje account and that you have not been previously excluded or had an account terminated by hibje for misconduct.
- Compliance with Law: You confirm that your use of the hibje platform is lawful in your jurisdiction and that you accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling under the laws applicable to you.
hibje reserves the right to monitor account activity for compliance with these obligations and to take any action it deems appropriate — including suspension, closure, and fund forfeiture — where a breach is identified or suspected.
7. Account Closure & Suspension
Closure by hibje: hibje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information
- Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or use of proceeds from illegal activity
- Suspected match fixing, collusion, or systematic abuse of bonuses or promotions
- Multiple account creation in violation of the one-account policy
- Use of prohibited software, bots, or automated betting tools
- Chargeback requests filed against hibje transactions without prior dispute resolution contact
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining account balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where funds are forfeited as a result of confirmed fraudulent activity, hibje will retain those funds and may refer the matter to relevant authorities.
Closure by the Player: You may request the permanent closure of your hibje account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Please specify in your request whether the closure is for personal preference or for responsible gaming reasons — the latter triggers additional safeguards and a mandatory cooling-off period before any reactivation request can be considered.
Upon account closure at your request for non-responsible-gaming reasons, any verified account balance will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe, provided that all outstanding KYC requirements have been met.
8. Responsible Gaming
